Thank you for urging the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council to protect the Atlantic Coast's deep sea corals.

Bottom trawl fishing could wipe out in minutes what it took nature centuries to build, leaving barren, scarred mud and rock where rich gardens of corals, sponges and anemones once thrived. There is fortunately still time to save this precious ocean ecosystem.
