In South Dakota, the state Game, Fish & Parks Commission has begun "experiments" using dogs to hunt mountain lions (aka, cougar, puma), in Custer State Park this week, as reported by the Rapid City Journal on February 09, 2013 .

Noted and signed - these poor animals - my heart breaks for them and all the others that are hunted daily, chased until they can run no more and then, at the hands of those who are supposed to protect them, are cruelly shot or agonisingly ripped apart. How can anyone be a part of something as atrocious as this?
