I have a few special needs kitties (surprise!) and I love people who take them in. To me these lil critters are special despite their more complicated needs.

All cats are special, and the so-called disabled ones often give more than they get. On that litter thing, how about putting thick newspaper where he likes to urinate and defecate? At least it's flexible and would save some cleaning.

Wonderfully story about living life to the fullest no matter what obstacles are in your way. That cat is awesome and I'm glad Nibbler found a loving home. Thank you for sharing Cher! Too bad the guy on 'My Cat From Hell' can't help her potty train her cat.

Beautiful kitty. I would just give him newspaper. Perhaps he goes behind the toilet because he knows that you use it and identifies with and wants to please you?

It's always sad and painful to see any cat (or animal) like this, but at least in these people's hands he is getting all the best attention and help he needs and deserves.

Not everyone would take in a disabled animal. That's too bad because the few I've had have been wonderful pets.

What a beautiful boy. Lumpy may not be whole in body, but his soul and heart are just fine. We have so much to learn from animals. I would probably opt for rebreaking his legs and try to repair them, but I'm sure you are doing what's right for your fur baby.
