For decades, bears have been held in barren concrete pits and tiny cages, where they are forced to beg for food and are deprived of everything that is natural and important to them at roadside zoos in Cherokee, North Carolina.

I am deeply believing in Christ, and I have to forgive, but I've seen the horror caused by humans that I can only ask God for mercy and forgiveness to me for not being able to forgive these ... can not be called humans. Leave it to you what He sees fit, and pray send your Holy Spirit so that we can open our hearts to his love and hearts it becomes able to exercise such monstrous cruelty.

signed I like to call them @ssholes. Or POS monsters. They are horrible. Humans are the most inhumane creatures on Earth. It's always greed over life. I hope that the law changes so that we can catch those POS monsters and put them in a small tiny cell. What the hell did the bears ever do to them? Get a real job!

Signed. I've been through Cherokee on more than one occasion and have seen bears caged like this and thought it was disgraceful. Now at least I can do something -albeit small- about their suffering.
