The North Dakota legislature is considering S.B. 2211, a bill that would finally allow for animal cruelty to be punished as a felony. Unfortunately, it is not the bill that was originally promised and contains some gaping loopholes.

Animal cruelty is a serious crime and needs to be punished more severely than a misdemeanor,
We cannot rest until all states across America takes animal cruelty serious.
