A Fish and Wildlife spokesman declined comment on the lawsuit. - Well of course, these are no longer protection groups they are nothing but shills for lobby groups. Like the EPA and the FDA. If we want consumers and animals protected than we have to get Loud and make demands that the Federal government stand up and toss out these lobby groups and their money.

You need more than this one local legal action, need a statewide federal law that makes protection "road-maps" mandatory for each species on the endangered list! Plus a law for strict control as to when and why any species can be taken off that list.

Why did the U.S. fish and wildlife service wait 13 years and they still have yet to come up with a plan! Sounds like this agency really needs an overhaul and also with their plans to take wolves in the lower 48 states off the endangered species list, it really makes you wonder what is going on here!

Julia, that is the main reason why I suggested what I did in my comment-this massive wolf killing can not be tolerated. There are law suits about it, but they should not be needed in the first place!

Animals are willing to share the planet and degraded humans are willing to destroy it.

Yet many more people are becoming awake and aware that human is an endangered animal.

Noted and read. There actually are still Canada Lynx in Jasper National Park, and Banff National Par (this one taken with a night camera), in Alberta, Canada. These parks are a distance from Montana, and I am not sure if any have been spotted in Waterton Lakes National Park that borders Montana.
