Great picture, I wish all of the dogs Vick had would have had a happy ending.

This is a very touching story, I wish that all dogs could have a happy ever after ending like this. I'm sorry that Vick has a new dog, why should anyone trust him?

If only more people could see this video, and begin to question their fright of pits.

So glad these dogs were given a second chance. Vick should not have. I haven't seen Vick repeat for the crime he committed. Hope his kids reads about the horror he caused these dogs and they become avocates for prevention of animal abuse. I stopped following the NFL because they let Vick come back to the game. When they put profit over lives, then they don't deserve my respect.

Great story! Love these dogs and love the people who opened up their minds, their hearts and their homes to these dogs who were so deserving of love from the beginning of their lives but instead were so abused and exploited! Now, they're getting the love that they always deserved- just as all dogs! Pit bulls are wonderful dogs and as the director of animal care at Best Friends, Judah Batista, told Fox 13 News, The Vicktory Dogs, the dogs from Michael Vick’s kennel, really helped us truly understand that all dogs are individuals. To convict the dogs based on their owners is an incredibly unfair thing to do.” This is why we need to get rid of breed bans and BSL because dogs are being unfairly blamed for their owner's abuse, irresponsibility, or negligence!

Thanks Cher, for sharing the video, I just loved it. I am so happy that some of that idiot's dogs had a 2nd chance at a new fight-free life.

Good one, Janet F - I couldn't agree more!

I just wonder what they would do if they saw Michael Vick and his new dog? He should never have been allowed to own another dog or any pet! Those poor dogs.

I am so impressed at the sensitivity and caring of the adopters of Vick's former dogs. They have provided wonderful, caring homes and recovery for the dogs so cruelly used by Mr. Vick.

I am surprised that Michael Vick has been allowed to own another dog, and was hoping he would be in jail.
The verdict is still out on this...
Thanks Cher.

How could Vick be allow to own another dog? These past dogs had it so bad in their first years with him and his dog fighting. I am so glad they made out so well and have found nice families, boy did they deserve it.

The reputation of pitballs are because of people like him having them fight. Just like Dobermans everyone use to call them mean, I had 2 they were the biggest babies, the kids in the neighborhood just loved them. The kids would get on their skateboards with the leash and the dogs would run them up and down the block, and later my boys would be using them for pillows on the floor watching TV. So you just cannot always think there are certain bad breeds. It all come down to their training and home life. Same goes for shepards, at one time they all got bad raps in the past.

I so happy for these dogs.
