States are drowning in dogs that come from puppy mills/backyard breeders. A ban to puppy mills instead of licensing them (which would only keep things going the same way), is the only thing that could aleviate suffering and death in shelters! ASK FOR A NO KILL NATION! ASK FOR A BAN TO PUPPY MILLS/BACKYARD BREEDERS! States cannot recover !This cost millions and millions that could be used for better things like health & education & even a pro life program for animals!
Thank You Cher.Noted

Most sellers at these venues just use this as a place to get rid of puppies without purchasers/buyers going to their breeding kennels. PUPPY mills are miserable places. These are not healthy puppies as the mothers are often/mostly not vetted or bred well. Sometimes you get lucky but most of the puppies are not good/healthy puppies and to be sold and bred this way is sick, greed and inappropriate for all involved (mother/sire land puppies). STOP selling puppies without visits to breeders home/seeing mom and open adoption.

these animals and pets are just an item to be bought and sold like a doll or furniture they have feelings emotions and lots of love to give so they need to be considered important and respect and the effort spent to find them that right home not just anyone can buy for GOD knows who will get them and use them for what evil purposes to dam easy to have the bad people get a hold of the innocent and just feel this needs to stop and a better system set up for the animals to be given a better chance at getting their loving homes

Noted, tweeted, tweeted, shared, shared, and signed.Just another example of how our society is one of instant gratification. Too many people only care about the money; they dont care about the animal. Fortunately, we have people such as Cher who is an advocate and voice for the animals. Thanks, Cher, Happy Birthday to a hard work and an awesome citizen.
