Noted. So sorry that Bruno's original human (as some say) couldn't be with him, but delighted that he was placed with a loving home that felt like a good fit. Thanks.

Thank you for this follow up on Bruno. So happy he has a new forever home. Still feel sad of his former owner who I know loved his dog also...maybe he may be allowed to visit somewhere down the line.

YIPEEEEE!! So wonderful for Bruno. But we can't forget that one more Rottweiler is still there named Mister. He needs a home, so share and put it out so this baby can also have a fur-ever home.

I'm thrilled that Bruno has been adopted by a really nice family. It is sad that his previous human companion ended up in such bad straights that he could not take him back.

It's good until you read the comment...
"What great news for Bruno!
My only wish is that someone had stepped up and helped Christopher, Bruno's first Daddy out with a job, new housing for Bruno and him. They lost SO much in the hurricane! Almost their lives....they saved each other. Christopher lost his job, and they both lost their house. Christopher TRIED to keep them together to the very end. SOMEONE there could have helped the two of them STAY together! Yes, Bruno cried for a half hour after Christopher left after their DID Christopher! Those two should NOT have been separated....though Christopher loved Bruno so much to give him to a shelter to take care of him, those two should still be able to someday get back together forever! Those two have the bond of love that last a life time. I only hope their lives will be able to come together for the rest of their lives. Bless them both!"

Bruno was loved by his first owner every minute of every day but the life we live doesn't give us room to let that happen. The life we life only fives us room to live heartbreak after heartbreake. It's the Amerikan way.If you are not wealthy you don't stand a chance of living the way you should live; not for Bruno and not for his first and real owner.

I have gotten through life by believing that something good always comes from something bad. I'm soooo happy that Bruno has found a forever home and THANK YOU to the one who has him now.

It is just awful to have to give up an animal that is loved. My hope is that Bruno is given a good home and his former owner gets back on his feet.

I was hoping the media attention would result in a forever home for Bruno. I feel for his original owner, however, and I hope he gets on his feet soon as well!
