Make it cheaper to carry your own canteen, charge deposit on the bottles, and fine the deliberate litterers. Problem should vanish!

Supplying bottled water at national parks--or any outdoor facility--is akin to putting up a sign that stats "Please deposit litter here" pointing at the ground! It's nonsensical, counterproductive, wasteful, and promotes useless consumption and (of course) littering!

Not only in national parks, they should be banned EVERYWHERE.

Noted and signed. I think there should be a total ban on bottled water. But tap water or drinking fountains should be available to refill reusable bottles.
