The Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in Arizona feature some of the most spectacular wild lands in the Southwest. Unfortunately, these roadless areas are now at risk from an unexpected foe--the forest managers themselves.

Rather shocking but not unexpected. These forests must be protected and left for the future.

We don't need roads in those areas. People only build roads to take from the forest, not to give back, it seems.

When will enough, be enough?
OR, is this a silly question?
For Big Business, there never is enough. Morals are in short supply.

I live near the Boundary Waters. No roads allowed in their, but of course there are your usual anti-nature/environmental creeps to don't want it "all natural." We need wilderness. We need it desperately. We must fight these bastards all the way. That's what life is today, fight, fight, fight, or evil and the profiteers will take over.

I wish we would reach the point where we could leave our remaining wildlands in peace before they all disappear!
