Please write to the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), asking them to stop funding animal experiments with your taxpayer dollars, and to instead fund research that is relevant to human health.

Julie-can you tell us please which of the 3 options for complaint you chose? I have looked into this earlier and, frankly, found it too difficult for me, apart from it clearly being designed for Aussies..

I felt tempted to use John Pippin's statement ,whom many of us know from PCRM, for my comment but that would of course be inappropriate.

This was a labor of love for greyhounds. Alot of work to email both parties and fill out the official Australian complaint form but well worth it - TY Cher for the opportunity, noted, tweeted, emailed 2 each.

I found it more effective to send those emails as I did( and actually did quote John Pippin within my writing!) and have already received a reply. Those forms are not too suitably for non professionals to use I think plus will take a while to review and respond-if at all..
