Global warming: it's something more and more people are joining the fight against. But you don't have to be in charge of a country or run a big multinational business to do your bit to help counter the damage being done to the planet. We can all play

Good information but I'm going to stick with planting out doors. My indoor plants just do not seem to make it.

Hi Kit

A Sansevieria is a very easy plant to keep indoor. You can try it.

As long as I keep winning the plant battle with my cats, I have several.

Thank you, Cher. But I just seem unable to keep indoor plants.

Fortunately, we have a garden full of flowers, trees, all sorts of plants and ... birds.

I couldn't keep plants indoors unless they invented mold-free soil, which sounds like some Monsanto or Dow chemical horror that would do more harm than good to the earth (and maybe to me also). I do as much outdoors as I can.

Indoor plants are great for many reasons - colour, scent, relaxing the atmosphere etc.

Kit, keep at it! try different plants - I promise you, you will find some varieties that suit you, even if they are herbs on the window sill! Try a spider plant, or a lemon-scented pelargonium, or some ferns. Don't give up!

this can't be serious! Indoor plays are great and the only way we in the north country can ejoy those spectacular bloomers. However, countering climate change with indoor plants is a pipe dream.

I also love indoor plants but have to keep them " kitty safe" away from my cats who still try to chew them even if I have sprayed them with that no chew stuff and they have their own kitty grass and catnip, guess you could say my cats rule :) .
