I don't have a bee hive and probably will never have one, I am supposed to be allergic to bee sting. Though I do grow many things to attract bees and it would seem I'm a little successful at that. Each spring my flower beds are "abuzz with bees". Thanks Cher

If we can get at least some of those pesticdes banned by next year it'll bee a buzzin' year. (groan)

If a bee-day actually helps to keep the bees on this planet part of its ecological cycle, then by all means, lets have a international bee-day. But the addition of instructions in small print on the labels of pesticides aside, very little has been done, it seems, to actually save the bees. Awareness is not enough, actions must follow where awareness has been created.
