Thin,friendly and frail???!!!!

Abused, neglected and in urgent need of help.

Someone needs to try and offer money to the owner to get Duchess possibly rescued and out of there. I saw it was offered that someone would take the dog but the owner is absive and belligerent . I honestly think money might help. Might... Anyone in that area, please don't leave Duchess there??!!
PLEASE...HELP HER! Anyone in that area. DO NOT GIVE UP> I'm sure she is friendly but she is not being fed,no water ,neglected and abused. Who knows what else . SHE NEEDS TO BE RESCUED.

The pictures are completely contradictory and I wonder which is real, I'm guessing the authorities may have had the same quandary. If she was found in such near death conditions and still returned to a horribly abusive owner, then sue Animal Control for dereliction of duty and get that dog to a safe haven.

Do they have S**t for brains!? How can you return an animal to someone that put her in that situation?

Absolutely devastated - both the owner and the rubbishes that returned her need to be taken to task - someone go in and beat the bloody daylights out of them. I am so bloody sick of these %^$%^$^ retarded sub humans that if I was there I would go in and remove the dog without hesitation, and at the same time smack some damn sense into this evil bitch.

Sorry, but I'm leaning to thinking that this is another story that's overblown. Yes, the dog does look thin, but that's not too unusual in young Dobe pups. Her ears are taped from a recent cosmetic cut, another indication of her age. The owner's medical records probably include this surgery ~ and no vet would anesthetize an unhealthy young dog. She was also examined subsequently and pronounced fit.
The law requires food, water, shelter and appropriate medical care. It appears this was satisfactory and there's nothing more the law can do.
Perhaps, since the dog was said to be a barker, they could try filing a nuisance complaint?

Barbara: No dog, especially one of this age should be skin and bones. This Doberman is not a pup considering its size.
If one were looking for quality healh care for its pet, Broward Co. is not the place for it.

Idiotic decision makers. This poor dog will end up neglected and dead.

This poor baby should be taken to a reputable home where she is treated with Love & Respect. The more anger the 'owner' (God I direspect that word!) shows toward the public the worse things will be for sweet baby Duchess!! She is not a HEALTHY dog!! I'm praying for you, sweet, baby Duchess :(
Thnx Cher.
