She got what she deserved. Too bad the authorities didn't act sooner to protect the dogs!

I agree 25 years of inaction allowed these poor dogs to endure a degree of neglect that should make the authorities ashamed. They are quick enough to act in some circumstances.

Well, once in awhile the piper gets paid. It is so sad that these dogs had to endure 25 years of torture and abuse.

Good! I'm glad. She got exactly what she deserved. Too bad they ALL don't.

One has to hope that she was not dead when the dogs began to dine on her lousy body, so that she would have felt some of the pain and anguish she has inflicted on so many trusting loving animals during her evil life.
Karma can be such a bitch.

Karma to extent. If the woman was of sound mind, and knew exactly what she thought was right, then Karma can come into play.

Well, sick or not it's too bad it took that long for them to get her. my first response though was why were things allowed to get this far if she kept having so many dogs who were not in good health? She should have been stopped somehow long ago.

I hope not Barbara D, luckily dogs have cast iron stomachs but this may cause major indigestion.

One is curious given her history of neglect as to why authorities did not keep an eye on her? Sounds a bit like a hoarder to me. Sad to hear of the horrific conditions that these dogs endured.

First of all I'm too happy that this poor dogs are safe but I've a question, how it was possible that a person who had already been convicted of maltreatment has had the chance to do this again?
