I read this story last night, and got a lump in my throat over reading it...Bless this Angel, and so glad that Elijah has a forever home. Shame that justice can't find the POS who did this tho, and leave him/her on the side of the mountain. Thanks, Cher for this.

What an incredible story ! It isn't easy carrying a 40 pound dog down a mountainside, let alone the chance of finding a dog shot on a mountainside. Great good life and fortune to Andi Davis, her family and Elijah ! Eternal nightmares to the one who committed this sickening crime.

This was not a "chance" meeting. This was how it was supposed to be.

What a beautiful dog and such a wonderful woman for bringing him to get help. I cannot believe how heartless people are and especially in shooting pitbulls.
