Since tea tree and lavender oils can be pricey, you can use plain old cheapy white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. Both can be purchased for only a few dollars. Spray peroxide first, and vinegar second. Multiple studies have shown that just doing that will kill over 99% of all bacteria and germs on any surface. I use vinegar now in wash, toilet, tub -- don't even buy cleaning products any more.
