We all have a responsibility to help the planet as much as we can. At times, the thought can be a little overwhelming, but it is important to remember that small steps can create big change. Even though you may not be able to see the impact of your

Couldn't agree more. The idea of saving the planet can seem so overwhelming that the temptation is to say "what can I do", the answer is of course that if everyone who said what can I do did something then it would make a big difference. We try to do our bit, we have installed PV panels on our roof (we live in the UK, not the sunniest place in the world), the produce 42% of our electricity; we don't drive when we can walk, we have reduced the petrol we use; we recycle more of our waste than goes to land fill. Our efforts alone aren't going to save the world but if we all do just a but then we will make a big difference.

i believe one step is not enough anymore, with that tempo, we should have woke up earlier. there are so many things we can do better. and we have to END ECOCIDE and take action for it

Always looking for new ways to go green. Right now, I'm trying to talk several friends out of buying Keurig (single-serve) coffee makers, or at least to get reusable filters. All those billions of little plastic cups can't be good for the environment.

Very good advise there, most of which I already follow to do my bit. The one thing that gives me a headache most is trying to dry my washing on the clothesline outside. In the - nowadays - erratic Dutch weather it's very difficult to plan the washing to coincide with fair weather, it does take me a lot more time to hang it all up outside and take it in and if it is to cold and/or it has been raining too much it just won't dry. Climate change has already limited the days I can dry outside, but I try to do it as often as possible.

Many small steps added together make one big step, and there is absolutely no reason why everyone cannot be taking these steps! Noted with thanks Cher.
