The Afghan Parliament has just passed a law that would effectively silence women and girls who are attacked by family members by banning them from testifying against anyone they are related to... no matter how horrible the crime.

Signed and Noted. With thanks Cher.
The idea of introducing a bill such as this, makes my blood boil. The United States, Canada and I am not sure which other countries that went into Afghanistan to help them against the Taliban, went in there, many sacrificing their lives for what!!!
Thanks Cher.
