some ~90% of waste is produced not by households but by industry (agri-industry, businesses, and such, and, not to forget --esp.. in U$A-- by the military )

thus even removal of all the "household waste" would be pathetic cosmeticism

and the focus on removal of "household waste" by "simple easy means" is idiotic, pathetic, destructive cosmeticist Lifestyleism, to put it mildly.
