The stench hit Maricopa County Sheriff's Officer Shannon Pryor as she entered the house. Her eyes watered as she saw a miniature pinscher giving birth to four puppies in the living room. In the kitchen, dog cages stacked on top of each other had left mark

After all the evidence they are still pleading innocent to animal cruelty. It is a shame that they can only be charged with misdemeanors. Until animal cruelty is changed to felonies with stiff penalties and judges who will actually administer those punishments, these horrible places will continue to operate.
Noted with sadness for the terrible lives these dogs are forced to endure.

Thank our guless wonder of politicans, for some reason they refuse to do anything about breeders.
