SPCA INTERNATIONAL AND OPERATION BAGDAD PUPS OR OFFSHOOTS OF A FUNDRAISING SCAM THAT WAS MISSDIRECTING FUNDS FROM LOCAL AREA SPCAs in Canada, to the Montreal SPCA.
The NOW FORMER Executive Director of the SPCA in Montreal is also the President of SPCA INTERNATIONAL , the www.spca.com website was registered to the Montreal SPCA till it was magically redirected to SPCA INTERNATIONAL. Former Board members of the Montreal SPCA are now serving as VP, Secretary and Treasurer of SPCA INTERNATIONAL. SPCA Montreal which was solvent 5 years ago, is now 4 million dollars in debt.
Before you waste a donation to this SPCA INTERNATIONAL or BAGDADPUPS, do some research on SPCA MONTREAL, Pierre Barnoti or (Pierre Barnotti) and the Canadian Spca.

If you want to donate.. donate directly to your local SPCA.
