In some countries, armed dog control officers randomly shoot dogs in crowded streets. They are only allowed one cartridge per dog. If not killed instantly, the dogs end up wounded, yelping in pain as they're thrown into open trucks and left to bleed

Besides supporting WSPA - NEUTER / SPAY YOUR ANIMALS - even if you yourself are a responible pet owner - how can you be sure that the person adopting a puppy or kitty from you or from your litter's offspring will be just as resposible?

There is no excuse Not to neuter - none.

How cruel and inhumane my animals are spaded and nutered. My Black lab nothing to worry about for he can't have pup's. I believe they should be a law that people have to redgister there animals, This would cut down on this crulty crap. Thank Cher C. noted
