It puzzles me why officials are puzzled. These poor creatures are obviously being pushed out of their habitat and are hungry. We have created this problem, so how about some solutions? For starters, it wouldn't hurt to find a place near their dens where food could be dropped--maybe out of date raw chickens, for instance. If they were well fed, they might be less likely to "attack". This isn't rocket science, people. Think. Thanks for the opportunity to put in my two cents, Cher.
