Outrageous! This is even beyond a scandal. Poor people and animals in the region who had to suffer for others to make a profit. Those plants should be owned by the states and not by private profit seekers. Thanks, Naoko, for posting.

This proves the "unsafetiness" of nuclear plants. Fukushima crisis was "man-made"...and man makes mistakes. Even if technically or theoritically safe (but it is at best 99.99999..., not 100) these plants will surely be dangerous.
