One need only suspect for Gaza's Hamas to kill Palestinians. Like most other things, Hamas is the Wild West in justice and killing, even its own.

This is Hamas's way of controlling its people by fear of retribution if they are suspected of any wrong doing. These men were not given a fair trial - no 'innocent until proven guilty'. Just summarily executed.

Only words for this....uneducated barbarians.

I'm glad to see that there was a fair trial conducted with solicitors and a judge.

Sorry, wrong place. These people were killed because of an unproven suspicion. One of the definitions of being civilised is rule by law, in Gaza it is rule by fear and gun, both managed by Hamas. There was also a Palestinian killed and his body was dragged along by a bike with an "honour guard" after they pulled his trousers down. This man was also alleged to have been involved and was also humanely treated!

Someday, somewhere, somehow, the countries still of rational thought will not allow the Palestinians a voice in the UN. What rational people take pictures of there own shot dead by their own?
How do you respect , defend people like this? An Israeli kills a Palestinian after firing warning shots, and it gets world wide coverage. How far will the media take this act of sickness?

Hamas and Hezbollah are the biggest problem to peace in the ME. Israel via PM Barak tried to give consession after consession but it did not work because nether Hanas or Hezbollah will recognize Israel right to exist. The Palestinian people have been fed a line of BS for years by these radical groups. These are the same groups that encourage young people and then retared and disable people to strapped bombs on their bodies and blow themselves and others to kingdom come. As long as they have a foot hold there will be no peace.

Hamas has no use for the rule of law or any judicial process. It would make them look like human beings and they don't want that.
As I've said on another thread, if they can do this to their own it's not too hard to work out what they would do to the Israelis given half a chance.

@Stan b, 9:47 pm: "Hamas has no use for the rule of law or any judicial process."

It is the state of Israel that ignores international law. From the beginning of the zionist project they have reintroduced the world to: targeted killing, legal torture, legal (by israeli standards) detention sans charges for indefinite periods of time, demolishing homes on top of people, use of human shields, killing civilians waving white flags.

We also know that Israel coerces people with medical problems or children with life threatening conditions to spy for them - either spy or forgo medical treatment; same for papers to exit Gaza, "sure you can have papers as long as you agree to inform on your neighbors.

Since it was Israeli money & influence & encouragement that grew Hamas, you might ask yourself, why the persistent need for zionist enemies? Why have the Israelis never considered peace? Easy to answer, in the bible & other Jewish writings, peace is not wanted, what is wanted is dominance. Dominance and apartheid are the pillars of racist zionism.

If this is the way that Hamas treat their own kind whatever they have done then i will never have any sympathy for them I can hardly imagine what they would do if they caught an Israeli Total Barbarians

Want to see real war criminals then look no further than Hamas; the progeny of the Muslim Brotherhood. They have no qualms about placing mortars; artillery and soldiers on the roofs of hospitals and schools or next to mosques. They have no qualms about using women and children as human shields. They consider the masses as a necessary tool and as collateral damage to utilize as a media sound bite to gain the sympathy of the European and other useful idiots.
99% of all funds for the Palestinians come from Europe and North America. The Saudis and the other Arab countries don't want them so they are loathe to fund them to any length. They are too problematic. They are considered useful by the Arabs as a tool against the Israelis and to gain leverage against the West. During the uprising in Jordan in the 70s King Hussein only managed to quell the violent rebellion by lining up tens of thousands and machine gunning them. The Palestinians got the message. Look at what they caused to happen in Lebanon during the 80s. Everywhere they go destruction, despair and violence follows. It's a shame because the upper 10% of Palestinian society controls all the wealth while the other 90% are down in the squalor camps; kept purposely for media; political and martial reasons. Back in 2005 the poor were selling their wives jewelery in order to buy food. Guess who got the poor folks' gold and jewelry? Perhaps if the Israelis started targeting the rich villas that have the large swimming pools a peace accord and a real two state situation might actually get done. I'm sure many Palestinians would rather do business and get a better education and life for their children than fight a rich man's war that isn't going to benefit them.
BTW it wasn't the Israelis who killed Arafat. They could have sniped him easily in 1984 but it was considered more expedient to banish him to an African backwater where he could be forgotten easily in obscurity. The ones who stood to profit was Hamas. I know this will not be a popular comment. Too bad.

Note the killing of civilians without trial, with the guilt admitted under Hamas tortures. These, I am sure, were REAL tortures, not that psychological waterboarding or shaking, these was heavy beating by merciless thugs.

Arafat also executed several people under suspicion and to prove that he can detect Israeli collaborators. Later it was discovered that these people were killed by mistake. Arafat called them "martyrs".

The most ridiculous part is not that Hamas is cruel, that everyone knows by now. It is not even to figure out what the Palestinian crowd is up to, taking pictures of mutiliated bodies. The most ridicuous part is that UN gave these Hamas savages a state on Israeli land.
