An Israeli hospital near Tel Aviv is partnering with the Living Bread International Church to provide medical care to children in Gaza and the West Bank. The Jerusalem-based church and the Assaf Harofeh Medical Center are calling the project “Rescue the Child.”

Israeli and Palestinian authorities have approved the coordination of the project and the moving of the patients from Gaza and the West Bank into Israel for treatment. “It is such a move of God to reach out in love and compassion to children, who are in a state of hopelessness. Isn’t it like God to team up a Church and a Jewish hospital to show love to the enemies of Israel during this time?” said Karen Dunham, director of Living Bread International Church according to the Christian News Wire. Dunham has been dubbed by news sources as “the Mother Theresa of Israel.”

“I believe that as an Israeli citizen, we always have a right to defend ourselves from any aggression. However, we will always stretch out our hand for peace and show compassion to the suffering of children,” said Aharon Cholow, the director of international resources for Friends of Assaf Harofeh.

I feel this is a great project; however, with what I have learned about the some Islamic people, I am wondering if they will even come for the preventive procedures and treatments. I know they will come for the severe and fatal problems and ailments; for example, for the setting of a broken arm or for a cesarean or c-section in the birth of a baby. However, will they use the hospital to set a young girls broken nose or for a prescription for a topical solution for a teenager’s acne?

Tally up all the good things that Israel has done as a whole and you'll find many inventions and discoveries in technology, science and medicine. What else would you expect from people who are taught that in saving one life you save the world? That's not to say that there are bad Israelis or that they sometimes do bad things. Then again as another saying goes, to err is human, to forgive divine.

Remember...Wafa Samir Ibrahim al-Biss is a 21 year old Palestinian woman who was treated for burns at the Soroka hospital in Beersheba and later returned with a bomb to murder those who had treated her and after capture at the Erez crossing..admitted that her goal was to kill dozens of people at the hospital including as many children as possible.
These people have no moral compass whatever

well, I for one do NOT "only believe the jihadists propaganda" and allan, no I do NOT have such delusional thoughts either.
Kudos to all who are involved in this project which of course deserves credit and admiration.
Then again it should be just normal to help and not pointd out as something extraordinary, particularly given the thousands of Palestinians, among them an extremely high number of children!, who died by Israelis hands.
