We must stop the use of gas chambers to euthanize animals in overcrowded shelters. Every year, more than 3 million adoptable animals are euthanized in shelters for lack of shelter space and funding to care for them. This is distressing enough. Although

My Veterinarians put animals to sleep by needle injection-this to me is the most humanest way, to resolve this unpleasant issue!! BUT BETTER STILL-- PEOPLE should SPAY/NEUTER their Pets, and only ADOPT AN ANIMAL< IF THEY ARE 100% SURE that THEY CAN CARE FOR IT!!Alexandra Marcella Manolesco-Ami!!

This is so barbaric and I am ashamed of my country for still doing this. I am still fighting against it here in NC. They are all a bunch of heartless idiots to continue using this. Humans did this to these poor animals and they are the ones suffering because of it. Thanks Gillian.

Thank you, you've already signed this campaign and confirmed your signature!

If the puppy mills are closed down we will be a lot closer to no kill policies. It is the responsibility of our society to take care of these animals and we continue to kill them in a most cruel and inhumane way by gassing them, its bad enough that they are killed let alone by gassing and they even put puppies down.

More than happy to sign thanks Gillian. The cruel way we treat our animals is a sad reflection on ourselves.

Thank you Gillian, and of course I signed! It is sad enough that so many harmless, loving animals are put to death in this country every year, without the thought that their last moments, alone and unloved are also spent in suffering. I cannot stand the thought that this practice even exists!
