and dont forget the preliminary torture-- after all muhammed himself used it to get information
One of Muhammad's most brutal acts involved a prisoner named Kinana. Kinana was one of the leaders of Khaibar. Muhammad wanted him to reveal where some buried treasure was hidden. Kinana refused. Muhammad had him tortured to the point of death,(by staking him out and lighting a fire on his chest) then had him beheaded.

So rare to even hear of criticism of this barbaric, primitive inbred society of Islamic purity. Our cowardly leaders normally bow to their every demand.

"He continued, saying that Saudi Arabia "respects... all rules and laws and protects the rights of its people and residents, and completely rejects any intervention in its affairs and judicial verdicts, whatever the excuse."'

Typical Taqiyya (lying to promote Islam) since Saudi Arabia rejects the UN Universal Declaration on Human Rights, as do virtually all Muslim ruled countries, because it contradicts the hateful, brutal and barbaric Islamic/Sharia law which preaches hate against all non-Muslims, demeans women, condones the sexual abuse of children (Mohammed did it so it is good), demands the killing of those who criticize or leave Islam, gay people and rape victims.

Sharia/Islamic law doesn't not allow freedom of religion, speech, conscience or press. Allah forbids it. So this complaint of the Saudis is pure BS, as usual, and as usual, the ignorant Western press and leaders believe it just because they say it.

The Israelis have a workable and intelligent solution to dealing with the Islamic world, which shares no common values with the Western world with laws based on Judeo-Christian values, they built a tall wall and the suicide bombings stopped. Would that we could build a wall to keep them out/in. What a better, more peaceful world this would be without Islam and its commands for killing and conquest.

There is NO defense for this kind of ugly barbarism. Period! And no one who knows anything about this corrupt and cruel land could possibly believe that this young woman got a fair trial. It's time that all the countries that send their people to be servants and workers in this land of idle, arrogant bigots finally put a stop to that practice. It might do the Saudis good to have to do some work for themselves for a change.

This country should be ostracized by the whole civilized world (along with several other Orthodox Islamic hate states). This is a country which follows a bizarre and brutal intolerant kind of tribal law(Sharia) which condones men buying 'temporary' 'pleasure' 'wives' (we call it prostitution, but when an imam OK's it that makes it 'moral' to these primitives), 'marriage' and sexual abuse of old men to little girls (anything that Mohammed did is considered fine), killing of anyone who their 'prophet' had murdered (and that was thousands), having a harem of wives, and performing every kind of lying and deception to get Islam to conquer the world, not to mention their complete contempt for modern, civilised recognition for human rights and their exportation of school texts that promote hatred of Jews, Christians and all non-Muslims, this country should be a pariah instead of having the great power that it wields over us all. Sickening.

While Obama and Clinton have condemned China for human rights abuses several times, they've never once condemned the much worse human rights abuses in this hateful, intolerant backwater of tribal primitivism. Compared to Saudi Arabia, China is a human rights paradise. Shun them.

There's not much I can add. I can't wait for the day when the world no longer needs their damn oil and they have to start working for a living.
They are the most corrupt, hypocritical, evil people on the planet and President Obama can't bow low enough to please them.
Funny old world.

The US will never go after them because of oil. So backwards and vicious. Please read up on Islam and hoe they treat non-Muslims. Nonie Darwish,Bridgette Gabriel and Walid Shoebat wrote some eye opening books.

I have chatted to several medical interns in our hospital and they agree Saudi Arabia needs and will get a major revolution to stop the ruler's tyranny who buys assent with cash hand outs. When he had to go to New York for back surgery he flew a whole retinue his jet and filled the major part of a New York hotel for several months. Bin Laden might have started one!

David, I hope that they do but my concern is that it would be run by the Muslim Brotherhood who would commit worse abuses.

Taking this as a sign of "Islamic barbarism" is grossly hypocritical if you're writing from another country that kills convicted criminals. (Especially if your country defends the practice by refering to the Bible, as many advocates of capital punisment do.)

State murder is no more defensible when it is done by lethal injection or electrocution. In fact, it's arguable that as methods of execution go, beheading is relatively humane. Most doctors would agree that the drop in cerebrospinal fluid and blood pressure mean instant unconsciousness, as compared to the minutes of extreme suffering known to be endured by the victims of US execution methods.

What would these commentators say, if Islamic nations criticised a US state's execution of a child killer as "Christian barbarism"?

Thanks Gillian. If we wish to persuade these people to our point of view we need to use their ideas to do so; people think differently from each other. Obama quotes the Koran when he wishes to persuade Moslems; we should do so too.

"Saudi Arabia beheaded 76 people in 2012, according to an AFP tally based on official figures, while HRW put the number at 69. The count for 2013, so far, is three beheadings.'

How do you defend the indefensible? I abhor the death penalty under any circumstances, not only because so many condemned have been later found innocent, but because I believe it cruel and unusual punishment by definition. I don't believe any human being has the right to take another's life, period. Do we have the right to permanently remove those who commit heinous crimes from our midst? Yes, they forfeit their right to walk freely by commission of their crimes. But no human has the right to kill another except in defense of self or another, anything less is barbarism. In my opinion. This hateful "kingdom" is and should be a pariah among nations for its treatment of its own citizens, especially women, and for what they teach their children about ALL of the rest of us including at their "schools" outside Saudi Arabia. We are not people to them. Well, good, because they are not people to me either, they are subhuman in their beliefs and their actions. And I can't wait until the oil runs out and their wealth is gone because then they will get all the attention from the world they deserve. None. They do nothing for their people, they simply let their thousand princes flit around the world, not observing their own religion, and spending everything they make as soon as they make it. They have no industry, indeed no infrastructure at all. When the oil is gone, they'll be back in the 7th century herding goats. And at long last hurting no one else. This they have earned and continue to earn daily. And that is all they earn because barbarians deserve no respect and these would have none were it not for the oil. I wish we'd find an alternative, green energy source that would put them out of business before the oil is gone, the sooner the better. For their people and the world.

Don't forget that Barack Hussein Obama bowed to the Saudi king, whose subjects committed 9/11/2001 murders and a top dog of a country where they lash women for driving and NOT wearing squab (cover of everything on women's body except hands and eyes). They are also main financiers of hateful teachings of Qur'an around the world, which are the ROOT cause of terrorism around the world.

Nazis also beheaded people, as did Mohamed who ordered beheading of 900 Jews from Medina, because those Jews would not accept him as THEIR prophet. He enjoyed the spectacle of beheading thsoe Jews siting with his 12 y old wife Aisha, whom he married when she was 6 and had sex with her when she was 9 and he was 54.

This is what Islam is: a SUPREMACIST ideology similar to Nazi supremacist ideology, together with its delusional Jew hatred and methods of dealing with opponents. If Western civilization becomes independent from the Muslim oil, the financing of this ideology will stop and it will disappear into the sands of history where it belongs together with Nazism, Communism and Fascism.

Will never ever respect Arabs or Islam in general, they are a perverted lot of infidels; one law for me, another law for everyone else. When oil is gone, they will disappear in the desert sand and this planet will have peace again!
