A chocolate bar (or two) might be just what the doctor ordered.

thank you for this news. that's very interesting. I heard that eating chocolate is good for your teeth. the chocolate eats some of the bacteria away in your mouth, and on your teeth. I don't know if that's really true.

Pretty sure I should have the healthiest heart around. If only just eating chocolate was enough.

I eat one piece of dark fair-trade chocolate each day. Can't beat candy for medicinal reasons.

Thanks Glen .this is the sort of news we love to hear..A chocolate block followed by a glass or two of red nellie.. A combination even better to reduce heart risk Even better again,to be loved and sharing your life with a loved one is the best preventative of all for heart problems.

This refers to dark chocolate, not milk chocolate. All the unhealthy ingredients in milk chocolate wipes out any benefits from the cocoa. I add a quarter spoon of baking cocoa to my double coffee everyday.
