Generally speaking I am a kind and peacefull person, but I have to say that these sick bastards should be hung by their balls in public! I do not either believe in censorship, but hate speech and harm speech, I do not feel are covered or should not be covered by 'free speech'.

I am so sick by this article. Our children deserve better. Why are we allowing this? I can't imagine if my childs photo was on this sicko's website. This is NOT free speech! This is exploiting our children - they are NOT pieces of meat for those bastards to satisify their greedy lust on!!

i concur. why does a known pedophile start a web site for 'how to' (???!!!!!!), and nothing can be done. the intent is there. the desire to molest little girls is there. i don't understand why the man cannot be monitored and watched 24/7. the law enforcement said that he has done nothing wrong (???!!!), but what does it have to take for him to watch little girls at the bus stop, AND also in the case of the father finding his child on his web site...before he does do something??? does that really make people feel good knowing that this man, and his damn web site can be posted, and figure that their little girls are safe???? NO!!! I DON'T THINK SO!!! WHY, oh why does this man have rights, and the parent's don't??? that's stupid, disgusting, and downright unbelievable. laws need to be changed, and this should be a top priority. this assH actually said that he prefers little girls ages 3-11. my god, how SICK is that??? i feel for the folks in that community, it's not to say that they are not here where i live either...and i know exactly where they are, and i watch like a hawk. and that goes for the school i work at too...one never knows anymore. good post, tricia, by the way...tho' it is sad to read about this sort of crap going on.

check and see if theres a megans law in Washington and write a letter to the State of Washingtons Attorney General this man can and should be stopped. If he is a perpetrator in all likely hood he is in violation of his probation. I have a son in law who i have no love for as he is a poster child for Megans law in PA and hopefully the United States. But 1st we need to find out washingtons states Laws on child predators and see if maybe a federal statue can be applied. Being a child victim of a predator several times in the 60's when it wasn't cool to talk and tell i know how the child feels and being the pareent of a child noe grown of a child that was molested i know he outrage.

We must protect our children by what ever means we have available. Can't we get a local politician involved? They're always on the look out for ways to help the people and at the same time get good publicity! Start by contacting a cuncilman/woman in that area, or borough president. At the last resort go to local religious organizations and let them get their voices heard. They can be very persuasive!

I was led to believe that it is Illegal to take someones picture without their permission. With a child, shouldn't they also be required to get the parents consent.

You know, As a mother of four of my own children and a step child, I think the only reason a monster like this would be permitted to do this is because we as parents and as active persons are not hear by our government. But then again for the government to hear our words there has to be profit in it for them. Monsters like this are not and should not be permitted to do this. This is totaly eiligal. Using our emmenment as a scape goat only make it that much more sick to accept. Freedom of speech has nothing to do with what he is doing. He is infact violating the rights of us as parents and the childrens rights, OH But wait the children arent old enough to fight for their rights. Not to mention the sadest part, No one that can do anything or matters will listen. The courts and the government preach and proclaim their persistant desire to make this a better place for the next generation yet they push to ignor our childrens words, or they try to medicate them in hopes to shut them up.

To me the only time they will listen is when we deside to become loud enough and DEMAND to be hear as a protective and determind voice for our children. This man is not a man but a monster, and he is being permitted to do so. We have to find a way to stop people like this from using our bill of rights as a key to their cells. He should be looked away and made to suffer as he has made children suffer by his actions. Where is the accountability. Why is it so many do not have to be accountable for their actions unless it is to prove a point or to win an election. If so many were not afraid to speak up and stand their ground with the officials and make them do what " WE THE PEOPLE" expect and need done. We have to remeber, we have such a corupt government right now and the officials all the way down the chain are equally as corrupt. We need to take our government back and make them pay attantion to what is happening to our children as a whole. These pedefileers are becoming more and more noticeable yet we are doing less and less. I am sorry, but the government no longer is here to protect the people, or our children. They are here to dictate and demand and desieve.

Little by little my trust and belief in our nation dwindles, and as far as our judisuary mean. Well as all of you know it is beyond any true discription other then a disgrase to our nation. These are the persons which dictate or govern us and our children and how well they are protected. Why would they give any real concern to what they are doing themself. They would only being setting their own sentence when they are caught. Sickning isn't it.

Thanks for the info I e-mailed everyone I could about this, fair or not we will be on the look out for any man alone with a camera, we will keep an eye on him , and work from there. I keep my little camera with me at all times. I just hate this sick stuff , I hate the powere to be how says this is legal to pray on our children, this is direct threat to the well-being and safety of our children. Let me see one of these preverts lurking around any child and see who is legal or not.

Stop being so trusting of good looking clean- cut men, be especially observent of men who don't want you to look at them, become specious of everyone when it comes to your children. When these perverted dogs find out that they are being watched they won't hang around for fear of being found out. Take lessons from the female animals in the wild. OMG what a sicko! My kids live in WA near where he is with foster parents that are not as vigilant as I would like them to be! My prayer is they NEVER end up in the same venue as this sicko. I think it is just a matter of time before he acts on his sick fantasies.
