I agree, Cate. Some foreign crooks are just like American crooks -- you can buy them, but they don't stay bought.

Now if instead of FIVE BILLION DOLLARS for Musharraf, Congress had authorized a mere half a million for social programs, you can bet there would be tight controls on how every penny was spent. When they're throwing our money away, they're proverbial drunken sailors, but when they're giving a drop of it back to us, Scrooge can't hold a candle to them. ;)

When you watch the video you will understand its relevance to this news post, whilst in an interview with U.K`s David Frost Mrs Bhutto had spoken out about THOSE WHO FINANCED THE TERRORISTS - could that have perhaps been her downfall ? hmm.... and interesting also is it to note that she stated that BIN LADEN IS DEAD.
