Was the Congressman's relative, a Mexican citizen, given special priority by the US that US citizens could not get? Is this an actual case of a non-citizen being treated better than citizens (but only if the non-citizen is rich and connected)?

I knew that noncitizens could not get welfare or any of the other benefits that bigots falsely claim they can get, but I hadn't known that the U.S., which will not help U.S.citizens on foreign soil, will use U.S. agencies to help noncitizens on foreign soil if they're connected to politicians.

The rich sure are different from you and I. They are one big family regardless of citizenship. They play the poor against each other, but they themselves don't operate in the same universe we do.
