POP QUIZ? Thats a funny one Mark, lol. Is the fence to keep "them" out or us in? Is there going to be one for Canada too? Or are we planning to make canada and the USA one country since they are the only ones with any natural resources left and the country closest to all the melting artic ice where the possibility of more black gold is? Not to mention Natural Gas! If Apathy and disinformation were natural resources we wouldn,t have to invade and occupy these other countries! Thx Mark for all the news!

I'd guess it's to keep us in, Serge. The feds and the corporations keep flying foreign workers in to take our jobs (when they can't outsource them), so it can't be to keep foreigners out. Thanks for the greenie!
