This is irresponsible practice. What do people expect when it is practice for people to hand food out to Dolphins or any other animal. Animals will see that food is available and will expect to receive it. People cannot blame the animal only them selves. Anyway, where was the event supervisor? This kind of practice should be stopped and only a trained animal carer should provide food for animals that life in a enclosure. Wild animals are wild and remain unpredictable specially when food is the issue. I hope that all is well with Jillian Thomas, and that her arm gets better soon. I also hope she still loves Dolphins and doesn't blame the one for biting her but understands that it was a case of miss identification on the Dolphins part.

Maybe a hint that these wonderful animals should be at sea and viewed out there rather than in a caged waterway!

supervision should be required when feeding animals, because, commen sense tells you that.could you not see that the animal was reaching out for food, not fingers.tut,tut.

if the animals were in the ocean, which is their natural habitat, none of this would ever happen. signed.

this is the problem when humans try to play with animals they don't understand.
They cannot read the signals of a distressed, caged ,living spirit, that is terribly unhappy, and who would blame them.If I was imprisoned and forced to "play nice" with complete strangers, who knows???
All creatures of this world have bad days, especially as prisoners of an uncaring ,selfish human habitat.
