i think they should introduce genes from other wolves from around the country into the idaho wolves. these idaho wolves have gotten to the point where they are the biggest wolves on earth, and by some accounts the most daring. genes of smaller wolves should be introduced, maybe in the form of a few females.

These idiots need to be prosecuted for their cruelty and murder of the wolves. These jerks are remorseless and vicious. Rest in peace poor wolves.

Justin, please get off my articles. The Wolf Army does not condone liars spreading lies about the wolves. Which you are! Please do not come back, understand?

Go get educated, make your own articles. I won't bother noting or going to visit. Stay off mine, spreading myths and false lies makes you look really sad. Maybe you need some sun? Go take a break, visit mars!

We are heartbroken over this. The equivalent of 2 full packs since an Idaho pack is a mere 5 wolves! What a tragedy! We are also concerned that he killed them all since it appears he killed 9 wolves right away and then went for two weeks without even seeing a wolf. And what if he left traps out when he left? We hope the Ninth circuit lets the proceeding go on so that Idaho and the federal government can't do this again by sending an evil hunter out and having him kill a lot of wolves before the courts can act to stop it.

Last year, state game managers estimated Idaho's wolf population at 683, an 11 percent drop from 2012. The highest total was in 2009, when it estimated 859 wolves were in the state
