This is a totally disgusting act. To do this upon women is the same as rape if you ask me. To defile a woman or a girl in such away should be outlawed. Women need to stand up for their rights, speak up against this horror. I don't see any men waiting in line to get there genitals removed. Men who live in these countries who do this are disgusting and no more then cowards. Afraid to stand up against a woman. Yes women might die in standing up for this cause but in the long run they are standing up for their daughters, and their grandaughters. This horror must stop

People should stand trial for doing this mutilation to any female! This must stop at any cost!!

I believe that women should have total control over their own bodies and should not have these kind of things done to them. Some women are scarred for life because of this treatment, and some die from complications from the 'surgery.' I hope that some day this will be eradicated from the face of the earth.
