Hey all!! we already have industrial Hemp in Canada. Little odd things like that...In the US it seems that your Agencies get completely out of control and function like Banana Republics, little Tyrants trying to run the Country the way They want it, like the DEA and FBI...frightening how much power they have, even over your President! Seems like a very dangerous and unconstitutional situation to me!! When your country first formed, it was a Law that all farmers HAD to grow hemp over a percentage of their land to supply material for rope and sail for your Fleet.... All this because of one overly powerful business man who wanted to get rich with his process for making paper out of wood instead of Hemp.....

Shucks.. i their planting is honourable.. they should leave them to do a good thing in contributing to the economy

It would help the enviorment if we had more products made from a renewable source like hemp instead of cutting down old growth trees to make our paper products. It would also help the economy giving farmers a new cash crop.
