Death Squad in Delaware: The Case of the Murdered Marine

Delaware was the first state to ratify the U.S. Constitution. It may be the first state to be afflicted with a fully operational death squad - unless a civil lawsuit filed on Friday against the murder of Derek J. Hale results in criminal charges...

Oh God this is so sad. If everything printed in this article is true, the officers involved should be charged with nothing less than premeditated murder. To think, this is how those that have fought and died for our freedoms are treated. It makes one wonder just how safe we are from our men in blue.

It is hard to know what tobelieve these days - but Derek Hale fought for his country and for him to end his time on earth like that. Very, Very sad also for his poor family.

There will be a protest against police brutality in my area (Sonoma County)first time ever, but things have horribly changed. I think Tasers should be taken out of the hands of the police.

He must have saw things while on his tours in Iraq that they were worried he would talk about...

I always thought most cops are would-be-criminals, that vent their aggressions under the vales of law.

How horrible for his children.
Cops with no discipline, no self-control, and that Viagra-vated adreneline.

What are Taser Rules of Engagement???
Are there any?

He had a medical discharge meaning he couldn't fight before he was tasered, if he wanted too.

His plea to "stop these acts in front of his children" shows what was at the top of his mind.

These BASTARDS.

Sicko II...Coming to your home town soon

I am so sorry for his family. The idea of combat has taken on a whole new meaning.. The motorcyle group in mention has benn around atleast since the 70's. This is way too similar of many other people being railroaded because their association of non popular groups. When are the rights of all of us going to be inforced, not justt the moneyed few?
