I don't know too much about the gentleman but I heard he was a Freedom fighter and served time in prison for it.He looks good for his age.Leonard Peltier is also a political prisoner that needs to go free,he's been locked up longer then Mandela.

He is truly a great man and a figurehead of what one man can do if he believes in truth, non-violence and respect. He changed the face of African politics forever and made the lives of so many worth living.

Like Gandhi before him he was not afraid to put his life on the line for the ideals that his life and work has so ably demonstrated. And in doing so he opened the door to hope without which life would be worthless.

Happy Birthday indeed...if you write to him you get a personal letter back...now that is a sign of greatness.
