Tell Microsoft: Don't Sponsor Hate - TAKE ACTION

Organizers of CPAC chose to placate anti-gay bigots on the far right by excluding LGBT voices at the conference, essentially making it a segregated "straights only" event. This is not something a pro-equality company would sponsor

Why is a pro-equality company sponsoring a rabidly anti-gay political conference?

The company Microsoft, which has been public in its support of LGBT marriage equality, was a corporate sponsor of this year’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) -- an event organized by Far Right activists who did all they could to exclude any gay voices from the conference and make it a “straights only” event.

Yet, Obama's campaign was more than happy to receive a considerable re-election contribution from Microsoft.I guess they didn't know Obama was serious about his stance on gay marriage.

So disappointed with Microsoft! I don't get it - they are a national corporate sponsor of the Human Rights Campaign.

Thanks for posting Angelika. Signed and noted.

There are issues that one must choose to stand for or against, this is one of those issues. Sorry Microsoft, you can't just straddle the line on this one. Either support freedom and equality for all or not all.
