To write a letter to anyone based on Pallywood lying video is not a smart idea. I will skip it for now.

You are welcome, Angelika, we know your stance on Jihad against Israel as well. I will decide what I will skip and what I will reply to on a case by case basis.

June 11th Message from 'End the Occupation' - "Co-Chairs of the Lantos Human Rights Commission Sent Official Inquiry to Secretary Kerry", containing all the links for the actions they are urging supporters to take:

"Your calls, emails, and letters made an impact":

Dear Supporter,

On April 9th, we asked you to contact your Representatives and urge them to support a briefing before the Lantos Human Rights Commission (LHRC) about the human rights issues impacting the Palestinian village of Wadi Foquin. Seven days later, Congressman James McGovern (D-MA) and Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA), Co-Chairs of the LHRC issued a letter to Secretary of State, John Kerry. The letter read in part,

"As co-chairmen of the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission (TLHRC), we have received several inquiries from commission members, constituents and concerned citizens. Is the State Department aware of this situation and if so what, if anything, is being done?"

Now, we are asking for your help in the next steps of our campaign to save Wadi Foquin.

Will you sign these open letters to thank the Co-Chairs of the commission for sending an official congressional communication about this matter, and encourage Secretary Kerry to fully investigate and hold Israel accountable for the human rights abuses?

Please thank the Co-Chairs of the LHRC for responding to concerns about human rights abuses in Wadi Foquin, and urge Secretary Kerry to visit the village and conduct a thorough investigation.

We have already written to Secretary Kerry to provide him with additional information about the Campaign to Save Wadi Foquin, and we have invited him and State Department staff to visit Wadi Foquin as part of their inquiry.

In the meantime, we continue to urge the LHRC to schedule a briefing on the human rights issues in the village.

Your continued support for our campaign will help raise awareness about Wadi Foquin and bring us closer to our goal of ending and remediating the human rights abuses being committed against the village.

Blessings,

Rev. Michael Yoshii - Chair, Friends of Wadi Foquin
Jean Hart - Advocacy Chair, Friends of Wadi Foquin
Kira Azzam - Staff Coordinator, Friends of Wadi Foquin

1. Thank the Co-Chairs of the Lantos Human Rights Commission and urge Secretary Kerry to urgently address their official inquiry.

2. Contact Friends of Wadi Foquin to find out how you can help support this campaign.

thx Lucy for adding this here. I also received it of course and took action, just didn't make a new post and didn't think anyone would revisit here on this old one.
