Has anyone else noticed how many more buildings have "For Lease" signs in the windows? What's that all about?

If you include the ranks of those who gave up looking for work, we now have about 14% unemployment in the US...

The Depression at its worst had 24- 25% unemployment, so we are about 1/2 way there... The US lost about 2.5 million jobs in 2008. It will be interesting to see if the falling of the cliff and losing all wheels on the wagon stuff can be turned around under Obama.. Hmmmmmm

Wait a minute though... Bush said to ignore the unemployment and foreclosure, and illegal war, and Katrina, and illegal torture, and illegal domestic spying, illegal warrantless wiretaps, illegal jailing people without charges or reason, Trillion in war debt, Trillion in foreign debt, loss of world standing, other issues, as his reign had 54 months of steadily increasing employment.. 2 million jobs... that is good right?

Ooops, we just lost 2.5 million in 2008.. darn it.. That one will not work after all.

It is sad to think that people have actually given up on looking for work. Whoa. This president wanted to ruin us and he did. May he live a short unhappy non president life. Did I say that?

So nobody thinks me rude, I meant I can't believe people have had to give up on looking for work. I sure am not one to judge. I am feeling this blow to society too.
