Experts at Prevent Child Abuse Ohio say cases across the country follow a common pattern: Young mothers leave their children with men who cannot provide proper care and then injure or kill the children.

Some weeks ago I commented on a child abuse case stating boyfriends with girls/women who already have a child are far more likely to harm the baby than not. The comment made one member very angry.

Over too many years I've read thousands of stories where boyfriends have harmed, abused, mistreated and killed the child who is not his...............I don't why except shear stupidity on the girlfriends part for not really understanding the jeopardy she is placing her child in, and the shear immaturity of the men they get involved with. Few men willingly accept another man's child as their own!!!!!!!!

My personal opinion is "WAIT" a very long long time to have a child or keep a very close eye on your baby/child at all times for signs of.............And the signs & clues are there long before you hook up with a manchild.
I can not say/repeat that enough!!
