Why is it that when it comes to war, republicans never count the cost, but when it comes to programs that help people, suddenly we have to scramble to find money for it?

The more King George keeps on screwing things up in this fashion, the closer the Democratic presidential nominee gets to winning a slam-dunk victory in 2008. Voters won't forget this type of thing, come election day.
