The excavation began in early June and the finds brought to light so far, mainly stone tools of a high quality, are from the Epipaleolithic Period approximately 14,000 years ago. The finds indicate a settlement of hunters, food-collectors and fishermen

Blue there are some fundamentalists, who beleive that the world is only 5000 years old..and that dinosaurs were either amongst the animal pairs in Noah's Ark..or that dinosaur bones were planted by God to test our faith ..though it is fair to say that such buffoons may well have been "created" (you can't really say that they show any signs of evolution)to test our sanity and patience.
Anyway you beat me to it,as I came on here to poke fun at this easy target too..yeah i'm bad,I know.
We are sure gonna burn in hell Blue..but with both of us down in the pit,at least we will have a better health system there, than in the fundamentalists vision of heaven.

I hope to see the artifacts they will be able to gather during the excavation. Hopefully we will find evidence of art, spirituality and other higher reaches of mankind that no one can dispute,.
