He's not saying that it is about to happen again....right now, is he?

Not to sure if it is time for me to buy an ocean going yatch.... or perhaps I should be putting in an order like everyone else.... sherbet it is so dificult to predict these things... but I am sure we can expect some changes... so keep your flippers on.
