This is an interesting article and perhaps may bear credence later, but it doesn't prove multiregionalism as opposed to the basically universally accepted out of Africa concept.

It's age at 110,000 years doesn't conflict when Homo sapiens first appeared in Africa and then spread out.

Also, it isn't confirmed yet if it is actually H. sapiens jaws and could possibly be H. erectus who pretty much perhaps is our direct ancestor with fairly common anatomical features shared with us. H. erectus had spread from Africa ~1.8 million years ago.
