I'm a bit confused. The title of this is about the CIA pauing off tyrants and thugs but the link and tag line are about GlaxoSmithKline. Granted all are villians but after reading the short article I saw nothing about the CIA

Basically, what I got from this article did not have anything to do with the CIA, but a DRUG COMPANY that paid off Politicans~

Money first, health and saving lives a dead last. They even have accountants determine whether the profits will be enough to pay for the lawsuits of those that die or are injured. If the profit margin looks good, a few dozen or more deaths mean nothing to them.

The name is a partial oxymoron. They may be 'centralised', but they're certainly lacking in intelligence. Disbanding this lot of fools and hiring Mossad would be a step forward.
